This day of fly fishing invites us to enjoy the combination of 2 great passions: fishing and Patagonian nature. In this period from 4/15 to 9/15, we will travel in search of the Robalo species (Eleginops Maclovinus).
The Robalo is a species that inhabits the coastal waters of the Argentine Sea, generally found in low waters, beaches with rock formations (restingas), above the surf line. Always depending on the weather, the schedule and its phase of the spawning cycle.
Our base will be the city of Puerto Madryn, and from there we will move to the different fishing areas. The geography of the gulfs will allow us to appreciate pristine settings that are home to a great variety of life, inviting us to explore spectacular territories (always depending on the tides and climate), such as Cerro Avanzado, El Doradillo, Puerto Lobos.
During the day we will visit natural reefs that provide the fish with the ideal habitat, since the gulfs have calm, crystal-clear waters. These conditions allow us to carry out sight-fish fishing, which is truly a spectacle.
We carry out the wading activity, we look for fish moving through places with shallow depth and little difficulty. This practice is totally sporting and with returns, with the intention of preserving this beautiful species. The modalities for fishing are with fly or optional with spinning.
This adventure has everything necessary to make our lunch a great moment of talks and sharing what we experienced during the day.
A day of fishing, a fisherman.
Come feel your tight lines and enjoy good times!
