This minitrekking is an excellent combination of 4×4 adventure on unconventional roads and an enriching interpretation of the wild environment. We will experience impressive ascents, descents and trails that will seize all our senses. The geography of the place will allow us to appreciate the desert terrain that presents different types of slopes, long sandbanks, highly sinuous beaches and deep ravines together with the majesty of the Patagonian coast, accompanied by our guides.
Our 4×4 truck will pick up the adventurers from their respective lodgings and thus we will begin this tour.
The times and order of the places to visit may vary, depending on the season, the weather and the interests of the group.
Itinerary
-We will begin this tour experiencing one of the few dune areas in our city. Little by little we will begin to cross cliffs and coasts, until we descend to different beaches in the area to enjoy the landscape and take photographs of the stunning panoramic views of the Golfo Nuevo.
-We will enter the depths of the coast to do a 4×4 path of medium difficulty, where the interpretation is followed by periods of great adrenalin.
-Finally we will arrive at Cerro Avanzado to observe fossil remains and climb to the highest point of the coast, and then descend through the most amazing landscapes of the coast in front of the Punta Loma Protected Area.
-On our route we will visit the station of sea lions in Punta Loma, as well as the recognition of sandbanks and marine fossils that constitute the invaluable paleontological heritage from our area.
