• Meeting point: Bajada 8, opposite the Rayentray Hotel
• Team assembly: Delivery of MTB bicycles and safety equipment
• Start of the tour: cycling along low coasts and inland roads
• Dune area: Controlled descent and crossing of stable dunes
• Arrival in Punta Este: Historic beacon with panoramic view of the Golfo Nuevo and the city
• Moment of interpretation: local flora, coastal birds and geography of the place
• Return: Return journey with technical stops depending on the group
• End of the experience: equipment return and farewell
