Underwater baptism is a type of recreational diving, which even without having experience in diving or swimming, people will be able to venture into the underwater world.
Puerto Madryn has very good places for diving because it is located within the Golfo Nuevo, finding us in ideal conditions to experience its calm waters, with little waves and transparent. In summer the sea temperature is 18ºC and in winter, although the temperature is lower, the visibility is greater (up to 15m). The excursion begins with the provision of diving equipment and basic training in its use, communication signs and its optimal conditions for moving under the sea.
Then, we take a boat to Punta Cuevas (historical space, which is located 200m from the beach and has a natural rock formation with a great variety of animal life). Here we will do the immersion always accompanied by expert instructors. In this way we can explore a reef with a great variety of marine life and get to know our incredible underwater ecosystem, discovering a new world full of life and colors.
